U.S. Orders: Processing & Shipping

Free Shipping and Handling anywhere in the Continental United States for orders over $50.00.

Your order will be processed in two steps:

1. We will first need to check the availability of your order. We will let you know by email, fax, or phone as soon as we confirm the availability.
2. Only after an "in-stock" verification, will we prepare the shipping and start the transaction (i.e., credit card processing).

Most orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped by UPS "3 Day Select" or FedEx service. For delivery of items in stock, please allow 4 to 5 business days from receipt of your order. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

In the event of a processing delay, we will notify you by e-mail, and you will be given the option to cancel your order

We are pleased to announce, orders addressed to P.O. Boxes can now also be shipped. 

Express Shipping

UPS "Next Day Air" Service delivers to most U.S. addresses within 1 business day after the day we process your order (additional $20 charge).

Shipping Outside the 48 States

For Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO, and U.S. Territory orders, please add $10 to the regular shipping table above.  Express shipping (UPS Next Day Air) is also available for additional $20. 

International Order: Processing & Shipping

Because shipping charges, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, we will use a three-step procedure to complete your order: 

1. We will first notify you of the product availability and appropriate shipping quotes within 72 hours after the receipt of your order
2. Please let us know whether you want to keep or cancel the order within 72 hours after you receive the shipping information. We will keep the item(s) on-hold until we hear back from you
3. Only after receiving your confirmation of the shipping charge, will we prepare the shipping and complete the transaction

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be billed by our carrier upon delivery.

All international orders should be paid in U.S. dollars.
